Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset

GEMSYS is an innovative and growing company providing North American clientele cash management solutions to address inherent labour and security challenges within their operations.
The Technical Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of cash management technology for all new client locations and ongoing training for existing users as well as the development and execution of training processes and systems. You play a key role in supporting our ongoing growth strategies and new product deployments in the North American market and will grow the department. You also support the development and delivery of other training materials internally and externally.
Training Material Development:

Establish criteria and documentation, delivery methods, and schedules for training

Lead and support the development of primary and secondary training programs and pricing.

Manage updating and development of all solution training materials including, but not limited to, online content, manuals and guides, Limited Time Offer (LTO) content (eg. Short videos, webinars),

Partake in onboarding of new products and software; from a user and user configuration perspective, assist in evaluating pre release/beta versions; learn and test all aspects required for safe use of the product; including but not limited to user interfaces as well as user configuration and user trouble shooting actions
Training Delivery & Management

Assess department needs - hire, onboard and manager junior trainers

Coach and mentor and manage performance of new trainers

Manage schedules for new user trainees

Follow up throughout the delivery of training to ensure comprehension of training, report on training feedback and identified action plans

Act as key point of contact to GEMSYS solution users during the initial training and post training period

Respond to and report on general Client training inquires, questions
-
Provide Manager, both verbal and written feedback of new users through checklists and proper documentation.

Promote client participation in our client referral programs

Complete all required reporting
